Find answers to common questions about the e-Services portal.

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar. Fill in your personal details including name, email, phone number, address, and a valid form of identification. Once registered, you can log in and start applying for government services.

The e-Services portal offers a variety of government services including birth certificates, apostille services, employment applications, marriage certificates, and more. Visit the Services page to see all available services.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards for online payments. All transactions are processed in XCD (East Caribbean Dollar). Some services also offer the option to pay in person at the relevant ministry office.

After logging in, go to your Dashboard or "My Applications" from the sidebar. Each application shows its current status (Submitted, Processing, Approved, etc.) and you will receive notifications when the status changes.

Yes. At any point during the application process, click "Save Draft" to save your progress. You can return to your draft application from the "My Applications" page and continue where you left off.
