Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar. Fill in your personal details including name, email, phone number, address, and a valid form of identification. Verify your email, then log in to start applying for government services.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards for online payments. Transactions are processed in XCD. Some services also provide an option to pay in person at the relevant ministry office.
After logging in, visit your Dashboard or "My Applications." Each application displays its current status and history, and you will receive notifications whenever its status changes.
Yes. Select "Save Draft" during the application process. You can return to the draft from "My Applications" and continue where you left off.
